Use the launcher's Repair function to check for its file integrity. When everything is checked out, the game will run normally.

If you're trying to log in using the client, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to Ran Online. If you can't find the game in the Allowed programs and features window, press the Allow another program button, navigate to the installation directory, select the executable file and press Add.
After that, from the Advanced Settings select Inbound Rules > New Rule. Check the Port box, click Next, select All local Ports and follow the self-explained steps.
Also, make sure that your security program doesn't block the connection. If you still have issues, use the form provided by the developer to make sure that you're using the correct username and password. If the problem persists, I suggest you contact the Support Team.
In order to fix the application, remove it from your computer using its uninstaller or Add/Remove Programs feature, download and install the updated version from the official web page.
To change the interface theme, you will need to replace a few .DDS files. However, since there are no official themes, you might need to use Google to reach for themes.

Depending on your OS, you can try to run this program in compatibility mode. To do that, go to the game .exe file, right click it -> Properties -> Compatibility -> and check Run this program in compatibility for Windows Vista. Also, you should run it using Administrator rights.
